2017 ANNEX YOUTH SPEED AND AGILITY summer CAMPS
It's never too early to start developing proper movement patterns. Young athletes' bodies are the most receptive to establishing a lifetime foundation for fluid and efficient mechanics. The ANNEX team is dedicated to helping athletes earn results that can be immediately applied to sports and everyday life. Our camp sessions give young athletes the ability to create more explosive power, strength, and overall speed while decreasing the risk of injury. We also work on linear, lateral and multi-directional movement quality.
Sessions are filled with fun and competitive activities in small groups that allow participants to get the pro athlete training experience scaled down to their needs. Each camper receives a complimentary high-quality cotton Annex T-shirt!
This year our Youth Speed and Agility Camps run from Monday-Friday during the following four weeks:
- Week 1: June 26-30
- Week 2: July 10-14
- Week 3: July 24-28
- Week 4: July 31- August 4
Each day's session is 90 minutes
8:30-10:00 AM: grade school athletes (8-12 years old)
10:00-11:30 AM: middle school athletes (12 years and up)
One Week $199
Any TWO weeks $189/week
Any THREE weeks or more $179/week
