Our athletes and clients are always on the go.  Traveling to and from school, work, workouts, and practices can cause some stress and lead us to eat too quickly, and in some cases skip meals completely.  But if we plan ahead, we can definitely stop missing meals and snacks.  

Our first choice is to sit and eat a complete meal, if you know you have somewhere to be around meal time, adjust by eating before you leave.  If that is not possible, make sure you pack accordingly.
