In a recent post, we discussed some ideas on how to eat better on the go.  This always takes a little bit of planning, and the best way to make sure you are prepared for the day or week is through weekend meal prep.  Take some time to game plan what you want to eat for the week, then cook those meals on Saturday or Sunday and you are set.
