This is a question that all of the coaches at The ANNEX hear quite often. Of course, the answer varies per person, per goal, and per sport season. For most clients, we like to start with some simple goals of: eat more of this_____, and eat less of that ____. And as simple as that sounds, some very big changes can be made by just following those goals.
