We believe that encouraging and preserving proper movement patterns is a fun way for young people to create a lifetime love of training. The ANNEX holds CrossFit Teens (ages 13-18) classes Monday through Thursday at 6:30 p.m. and CrossFit Kids (ages 6-12) on Saturdays at 9 a.m.
This age is a crucial time in a young athlete’s life where they are capable of developing sound motor skills and movement patterns that are paramount in maximizing future athletic potential. The Annex utilizes the most up-to-date research and training in developing these young athletes and most importantly, applies training that will minimize the risk of injury.
